The 59th International Summer School explores The Greening of Yeats, led by co-directors Professor Matthew Campbell and Dr Lauren Arrington. The ten-day school includes lectures, music, drama, poetry and tours and walks in the wonderful Sligo landscape.
Fintan O’Toole, columnist with The Irish Times, author and visiting lecturer at Princeton University will open this year’s school. Alice Lyons, the Yeats Society’s newly-appointed poet in residence will perform a new piece that has been specially commissioned for the event.
